Oil change, no windshield replacement

onI came in for an oil change and a windshield replacement which was approved by the person I called to make the appointment but when I got there I was told windshield replacements are not done at that location and I would have to go somewhere else to a 3rd party. Then it took 2 and a 1/2 hours for an oil change which I feel is excessive and they did not have the engine filter part that they offered to replace. This location seems to be offering services that they're unable to provide.
