Dealership Sales Review
We were told that we would have two keys to the Beetle I purchase. Which with the Beetle, it is a Keyfob. We assumed that it would be two working keys. We actually received three keyfobs. One that worked that the sales person used for our test drive. When we got home with the Beetle, we found that the other two keyfobs did not work. We thought it might be the batteries, so we changed them. Still did not work. When I called our salesperson about it, I was told the those are the ones that came with the car and that since it was a used car, they could not guarantee that would work. She said there was nothing they could do about it. So now we are stuck with the expense of having at least one of the extra keyfobs programmed to my Beetle. This is bad business and bad customer service. Especially since it was only five days after the purchase. Shame on Autonation Chevrolet of Waco!!! We will not be coming back to purchased a truck for my husband. And people ask me where I bought my car, I will be sure to tell them all about my experience.
