    I’m a teacher and had scheduled my service appointment for right after school. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my oil change on my Jeep and waited for someone to approach me in the express lane but they never did. I even got out of my vehicle and stood there waiting until FINALLY a man came out. I went around to the front of the building and waited in the waiting area for my simple oil change and tire rotation. Over TWO HOURS later the guy calls me on my phone to tell me it’s ready. He said he couldn’t let me know in person because he was the only person left because everybody else had gone home. No kidding! I wanted to go home as well. They should have walked up and told me that they were apparently running very late. I had asked the service person if they could take a quick look at a bolt that was painted over and give me their opinion since it was done at the factory before I bought the Jeep brand new while it was back there, but because they were running behind the service manager, Cerdis(?), wouldn’t even consider it. So I ended up waiting over 2 hours for a simple routine service to be done and nobody was even willing to try and give me a recommendation for the factory bolt issue. Wishing now that I hadn’t purchased the extended service plan because now I am stuck using AutoNation since they’re the closest dealership to my house.

    I brought my truck in due to my a/c inter fan motor making noise as well as a recall. The fan was covered under the warranty. Nathan kept me in the loop on my truck they had it in and out within a few days. I was very suprised at how speedy their service was

    I contacted the sales department about a vehicle I was interested in and they got it ready for me to test drive. When I got to the dealership, they made me feel welcome and very comfortable about making the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure. That was late on Saturday and we returned first thing on Monday to make the purchase.

  • Air Sensor Recall

    The customer service provided by Erik was superb. If only the rest of the service team could have followed through. I made my appointment for 8 am to check 4 pressure sensors. Discount tire company can balance all four tires in less than 30 minutes. Jiffy lube rotated all 4 tires in less than 10. They took two days to check four tire pressure sensors only to find they were fine. What is the point of an appointment if they are not going to provide service for two days? Then my blinkers were 'off'. They were blinking rapidly (indicating that the lights were about to go out). The light issue worked itself out over a couple of days. Erik did warn me about the 24-48 hours time it could take to complete the work. It still seems ridiculous.

  • Service was awesome

    Had some residual oil leaking where I parked my 2022 Ram Rebel from AutoNation, Spring. Their service team decided to let me come right in without an appointment, showing their concern. My lead service guys, Jonathan and Sean took my vehicle right in. They fully checked everything and even though it was just probably some residual old oil from my oil change there a week earlier, they went ahead and changed the oil and filter again and cleaned up any residual oil on the skid plates all at no charge.   • Room for improvement

    I needed a Z11 recall repair, but the tech ran into some problems with the battery pack. Fortunately, I was provided with a rental car while repair took place. t I had it for over 50 days and Chyrsler paid for it. I was disappointed that when I got my car back, the car reeked of what smelled like engine oil and Armor-all. They didn't bother to reinstall my floor mat that had been taken up, clean the inside or outside of the car or gas it up. When I asked them to put air in my tires and gas it up as a courtesy, my service advisor said "we can't gas it up because we haven't really driven it, but we can put air in it." I thought it was Chyrsler 's policy to make sure the customer leaves with a clean car and a full tank. Guess I was wrong.

    Friendly staff! Oil change took a lot longer than they stated and they washed the truck for me but it had water marks dripping down all over it when I got it back. Wish they would have at least dried the outside real quick!

  • Failed fleet support.

    I have purchased 10 fleet vehicles, all with extended warranty. I had an issue with my 2021 promaster 3500 and Sallie in service refused to cover. Requested support from GM of sales as well as Saleman with no success. Will be moving my fleet purchases to a different dealership

    The way the dealership schedules service now leaves a little to be desired, BUT my go-to service advisor, Mr. Erik Galvan, is still the best I’ve ever dealt with. He is the ONLY reason I keep entrusting my car to Autonation. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he makes sure I’m satisfied with the service every time, whether it’s routine maintenance or warranty repairs. Only wish I got every dealership experience survey so I could commend him for his excellent service he delivers without fail every single time!

    Did my homework, some internet search, find the exact pick up I wanted, trim, color, engine ads ons, and not only did they have that exact one, for starters there was no markup nonsense, we worked a deal that worked for both sides, all over couple of emails and text messages, one call later, on my way to the dealership test drive the truck, it only took the time to wash it during signing and paying, happy Ram owner. Jason Shayan did an outstanding work, not only knew the truck inside out, always friendly and for sure made us a great buying experience

    Absolutely loved Katie (sales rep). First time in my LIFE that I called ahead of time and asked them to have a particular car ready for me to look at, and she ACTUALLY had it ready for me!! I always call ahead and request that the car be ready, this is the first time a dealership actually honored my request. I've purchased many vehicles in my life, and this was the easiest and most pleasant. Purchasing a new car should be a PLEASANT experience, but the wheeling, dealing & lying, always gets my anxiety up and even though I get the car I want, I leave angry. This was the first purchase where it was actually pleasant. Thank you Katie!
