Failed fleet support.

onI have purchased 10 fleet vehicles, all with extended warranty. I had an issue with my 2021 promaster 3500 and Sallie in service refused to cover. Requested support from GM of sales as well as Saleman with no success. Will be moving my fleet purchases to a different dealership
