    Salesman was at all times informative. Got a great deal on 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and completed transaction without hassel. There also was a good selection to choose from. The two times I visited and when I picked up car , all employees were helpful and asked if I needed help. Recieved several followup calls from Sr. managment and service thanking me for my business and asking if everything was OK.

    I don't think I'll go back again. Bad customer service experience. I've had better experience with Fred Haas Toyota, Goodson Honda, and Gillman Acura, and Sterling McCall Nissan. 1. I bought an older vehicle and I noticed an issue with the vehicle after purchase. Although they did a good job repairing it, sales person was very defensive the moment I mention the 3 day/150 mile return policy and that I was considering returning it. 2. Finance manager is too busy to call me back to confirm the lender so that I can add the vehicle to my insurance. I've been calling and leaving a voicemail the last two days. Just unprofessional. My experience. Good luck.

    In the past, car buying has been my least favorite experience. But D. C. at Auto Nation in Spring, TX made it the easiest car purchase we've ever done. Friendly, quick, and very easy. We will buy from these guys again!

    Have purchased many new and used vehicles over my lifetime but none were as good as this on. In short I had the most enjoyable car purchase ever. The courteous sales person listened to my needs, adjusted vehicles based on my changing opinion of which vehicle felt right (test drove many vehicles on 2 different days) and ultimately she delivered the vehicle that satisfied my every want. The dealership also negotiated fairly with my trade-in. They even took the time to walk around my trade-in with me to fully understand the condition of the car. Who takes the time to do that today? Simply amazing! In the end I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfy with this car buying experience.

    Go see Eric. Great person to work with when buying a new vehicle. Gave me a great deal not only on the vehicle I purchased but also on my trade in. The experience was pleasing and there was no pressure I knew what I wanted and got exactly that. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased at this location and will be buying a third.

    We were directed to Spring CDJR two years ago by USAA. The buying process could not have been smoother and for the next year service was great. Then AutoNation entered the picture and it is no longer the same place. We began by trying to schedule service on an 800 number indicated by the AutoNation website. I worked through the menu and ended up leaving a message after a recorded promise to return the call. It has been three weeks and I'm still waiting. I finally found a direct number at the old Spring CDJR website and scheduled an appointment. I needed an oil change, some warranty work, a couple of recall items and the rotors turned. The next day I was called and told that a complete break job was required for $1000 (at 35,000 miles - give me a break). We passed on the break job and picked up the car. Our regular non dealership mechanic then turned the rotors and replaced the rear pads for less than $250. From reading the dealer's ticket I learned that most of the warranty work was not done because the tech could not find the problems. There is no problem finding it out in our driveway so I have to assume that he did not try very hard. Yesterday I got a call from chrysler saying that the according to the dealer's records some of the recall work is still open. Now, I don't know if the recall work was done or not.

    Went here because a co worker reccomended. Talked with Erik K. Very pleasant guy, friendly, and straight forward, no bs or trying to make me get something I didnt want. They ended up not having what I wanted on the lot or nearby, so he said ordering was an option. I ordered a 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited sport and could not be happier. When it arrived at the dealer I was immediately notified, then when I showed up to pick it up he went over every option the car had with Excellent explanation. Very pleased with the customer service.

    Excellent experience. We used the USAA car buying service and it was a cake walk. I called ahead of time, they had exactly what I wanted for the best price and the entire process was flawless. I purchased the car; did not trade in my old one so they delivered the new one on the next business day to my home. The salesman, Larry C., was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Would definitely do business again.

    I went into AutoNation on 2/10 wanting to purchase a used truck I viewed online. I had previously dealt with a different dealership who sold the truck I wanted out from under me. Needless to say, I was already frustrated with the buying process. Then, I met Anthony & Diego. These guys sold me the truck I wanted, at a great price. It gets better ... They offer a 3 day/150 mile buyback guarantee on their vehicles. Nothing about the truck would have caused me to give it back, but at the end of day 3 I noticed a problem. I mentioned it to Diego on day 4 when I had to drop off some paperwork to finalize my sale. I really didn't expect them to do anything about it, and they didn't have to ... BUT!! He told me not to worry about it they'd take care of it for me. And true to his word, he did ... Free of charge to me. Now that is what I call GREAT customer service. I have less than perfect credit and to walk into a dealership and leave with the vehicle I wanted the same day blew my mind. I dropped my truck off on Friday to have the problem corrected and didn't expect it to be ready until Monday. I picked up the truck a day later. The service coordinator I dealt with made the repair process painless. I really couldn't be more thrilled with every aspect of my experience with AutoNation. I have already recommended them to family and friends and I absolutely will go back when it's time to buy my daughter's first car.

    I went in to look at a Jeep. Met with a rep for USAA. Not impressed with him, his approach or the negotiations at the dealership. The guy left me standing in the showroom waiting for over 15 minutes. The vehicle was over priced by over $2000. No negotiating. Not much of anything. Definitely felt like they didnt need my business. I walked in with a blank check from my bank. I am active duty military. No real discount. No real service at all. The guy literally told me they would just bring the vehicle to auction so they didnt need to negotiate. If you get "the colonel" come back later and look for a different salesman. Not really impressed with the dealership and especially not the sales staff.

    Best deals in Houston area, great inventory. I was very well taken care of by, Chris Z in sales, Kim in internet sales, and Ron and his finance team, made the whole experience painless. I wish I had gone here first.

    We purchased a vehicle from Auto Nation in Spring. I typically hate the experience of buying a vehicle do to how pushy the salesman are. This experienced changed when I met Larry C. Larry was honest with us and listened to what we were wanting. He never tried to push anything on us or change our minds about things. It is rare that I will take time to write a review, however Mr. C. will continue to get my business based upon how well he handled our purchase. I highly recommend seeking him out for your next vehicle purchase.

    I recently purchased a brand new 2500 RAM with a Cumming Engine and was pleased with my experience. Yousef and Terry were both friendly, honest, and very upfront and they streamlined the process for me. Ennis, who was my main sales agent, did not aggressively push a sale and in a relaxed and informed manner figured out what I was looking for and allowed me to take charge of my process and timing for the entirety of the sale. I wound up getting something much nicer than what I had been originally looking for and with the rebates and incentives got a fair deal. The trade-in process was quick and they were fair with the blue book value. Darrin in finance presented me with banks that fit the APR and terms that I was willing to work with and was very respectful and upfront with all the numbers. Dealerships typically have a bad rep but I see why so many reviews are happy with this one and I would have to say that I agree with them.

    I purchased a Dodge 2500 from Auto Nation in February 2014.I was very pleased with the salesman Mario Q. Mario has great listening skills and did everything he could to insure that I was pleased with my purchase. Also James ,the salesman that works in the Internet Department did a great job helping me with information regarding the truck. John the Sales Manager was helpful as well and extremely polite. Sergio in the Finance Department explained all of the finance options and he was very professional.Janiece was a pleasure to work with regarding adding accessories to my new vehicle.
