Vehicle was delivered to house where we performed the test drive. Paperwork was filled out and finalized in 15 min. A nod, a… fist bump and key exchange later, we were done and we couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle and the transaction.Great service from start to finish

by 4LadydDi on 07/31/2019On July 26, 2019 I took my vehicle in for an oil change (I got the $49.99 special). I use to have the service plan in which I paid a flat fee and then I would get the oil changed. I was informed that the plan was no longer offered but… since I have owned my Ford Escape the Quick Lube service center in Spring, Texas is where I have taken my car for service. On Monday, I was driving to work and my vehicle started to shut down in the middle of the street and I could not get it to turn on. My son told me to turn the vehicle off and turn back on, it took two tries before my vehicle started. There was a message stating "Check engine required". I called the service center where I had the il changed and the only solution given was to take it to the main service center (Planet Ford). I was livid because after the oil was change the service guy did not mentioned anything was wrong with the engine but he told me of all the additional services that were needed on my vehicle. When I was describing the present problem with the car his only solution was to bring it in to see what they could do. My family have always been Ford owners and I trust the product but I have a problem with the service. Finally (as usual) I had to call my husband to help with the immediate problem. I still have not receive a call back from the service center, help!!!!!!Sales man review

Planet Ford determined that the new parts that had been replaced several months… ago were at fault and under waranty and replaced them at no charge. The problem was solved and I was very satisfied of the work.Oil change

by Onelesscustomer on 05/21/2019Bad experience as a whole I wish I could leave negative stars. My mother went to the dealership to buy a brand new car. She got get cash from the bank and off she went. She found the car tested it and loved the price. Everything was fine… UNTIL financing came. They had her waiting for 6 hours. She had a big cash down payment covering 40% of the total price. What is horrible they upsold my mother 5k in warranties and things she didn't need BUT here is the kicker they didn't even ask or showed this extra charges they just snuck them in. The Financing person name is ((J. R. Starika)). I knew they had tactics to convince you but to straight lie and not explain any extra charges is horrible. In the end they give you this USB with all your paperwork which was empty. Had to drive back and get the paperwork which is when we found out of the up charges. Took the car right back. They made my mom wait another day and 2 hours in waiting room to get her money back. What a horrible experience. Beware of this dealership. Specially that person. Other reviewers have posted the same thing about him being rude and all. Not coming back ever not me nor friends and family not that they need me. They will just get the next sucker coming in tomorrow.purchase of new 2018 F150

Not sure how long it took to take my car in to be serviced while I was sitting inside. Took a good… 2-3 hours to get it back. Wished they wouldn't schedule me in at a particular time if it wasn't going to be good for them.
