Outstanding buying experience

My salesperson Alec R. was great to work with,very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the information, he set my bluelink up and sign me for my next oil… change, Great guy. He worked quickly to processed my trade in, and worked with financial to get me a good deal on my 2015 Genesis. I never had to haggle over price and I walked out feeling very good about my purchase and experience. Highly recommended and please ask for Alec R.!Easiest Purchase ever

My sales guy, Red was super. I couldnt be happier. Long gone are the… days of haggling and spending hours on end. This is the place that respects your time and will make sure you leave in the car that is right for you.Awesome Experience!

The sales professional, Erick M., that helped me out was very nice and easy to work with! I was able to get a great deal… and they matched my low interest rate offered from another bank. by jessicafaye on 08/15/2014I recently bought a new Genesis Coupe from Alec R. at this location and it was the easiest process I think I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. It was fairly quick because I already knew the exact vehicle I wanted had my car printed… out and ready to buy! Alec found the car and brought it up to the front for me, so that it was cool. We went on a nice test drive on the freeway and I fell even more in love with the car. When we got inside to do the numbers, I already knew what rebates I qualified for, so getting to the price was pretty simple. I got into finance and signed all the paperwork and my car was waiting for me when I walked out of the office. We went over all the details of the car and I was on my way in my sexy new sports car! Thank you so much North Freeway Hyundai for such a great experience and thank you Alec for making it fun!Great Time

My 16 year old lost the ONLY key to her car - he had a new set made for us. When she totaled her car, he found the… perfect replacement SUV for her at an amazing price. My sister in law has bought two cars from him. My mother in law has bought a car from him. He's a great guy!Mark F. is awesome

And still we learned more than countless hours of our research. Although all the dealers were friendly, a certain… gentlemen stood out from the others. Mr. Alec R. had a answer for all the details we needed, very informative. The test drive was a direct result of his product knowledge, he explained the details with proof during the vehicle's opperation. There's a reason we gave them a 5 star status. These guys are phenominal, the finance department gave us peace with our purchace. great experience!!!!!!Poor Customer Service
by badservice8 on 08/08/2014I recently bought a used car from this location and they have the WORST customer service I have ever received! Before purchasing the vehicle the sales associate and I discussed some issues, such as: detailing the car, buffing the scratches,… and the strong foul odor throughout the car~~these are the more major points. When all was said and done and I received the vehicle none of these issues were resolved. I had to clean the dirty cup holders of my new car in the dealership parking lot and immediately went to the store to buy cleaning wipes to clean the filth. Not really sure of what their 150 point inspection in tales, but I was disgusted to find some type of vomit or spit up in between the console and passenger seat, the dome light did NOT work, the wiper blades were old and made a horrid sound against the windshield, needless to say I had to replace the wiper blades and bulbs by myself and on my own dime. I was so disappointed with the service and the state of my car, that I went in to discuss these issues with the manager the following day, and was told 'your expectation of clean and mine are different' oh, okay so your dealerships expectations are super low. Awesome, way to provide great customer service. He also said he would discuss this matter with the sales associate and that he'd contact me today...8hours later no calls. Very disappointed! Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.Beware of hidden amounts added to drive out price. Unethical internet team
by joe_dan on 09/22/2010I tried to negotiate a price on a 2011 Sonata with this dealer. Edmunds has them listed as a perferred dealer which has to be an error. This dealer at first only told me to beware of hidden costs added to drive out prices from other… dealers. He kept asking me what drive out price they were giving me. I finally said that it was not relevant to the price from them. He had provided a price for the Sonata but when I received his drive out price an extra $1000 was added. I quickly pointed out the tax amount and Title & License amounts and requested an explanation for the difference, busted. It took a while for the response but amazingly he said oops I gave you the wrong price before TT&L. What? No way that made the car not much off sticker. Truthfully the price he gave me changed twice before the drive out price came. I reported this to Edmunds and requested they investigate why N Freeway Hyundai is a perferred dealer. I offered to send the e-mails to back up my experience. In the end I had such a bad experience I bought a VW Jetta TDI. although not as well equiped, it has mpg of 31/42.
