I recently bought a used car from this location and they have the WORST customer service I have ever received! Before purchasing the vehicle the sales associate and I discussed some issues, such as: detailing the car, buffing the scratches, and the strong foul odor throughout the car~~these are the more major points. When all was said and done and I received the vehicle none of these issues were resolved. I had to clean the dirty cup holders of my new car in the dealership parking lot and immediately went to the store to buy cleaning wipes to clean the filth. Not really sure of what their 150 point inspection in tales, but I was disgusted to find some type of vomit or spit up in between the console and passenger seat, the dome light did NOT work, the wiper blades were old and made a horrid sound against the windshield, needless to say I had to replace the wiper blades and bulbs by myself and on my own dime. I was so disappointed with the service and the state of my car, that I went in to discuss these issues with the manager the following day, and was told 'your expectation of clean and mine are different' oh, okay so your dealerships expectations are super low. Awesome, way to provide great customer service. He also said he would discuss this matter with the sales associate and that he'd contact me today...8hours later no calls. Very disappointed! Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.
