Very professional sale lady that helped me.
Took longer
by Joel on 12/18/2022I had an appointment at 8. I arrived at 8 and was told that it would be a 45 to an hour wait. When I checked in I said I didn't want to do maintenance 2 times and just find the issue with emissions I was ignored and they still did oil… change and everything. I waited for 2 and half hours. Supposedly the extra time was because they were seeing if the repair for emissions was covered by warranty but I feel like that shouldn't have taken an extra hour and half to do. The one nice thing was the kids area that my two kids could color and that beverages were offered. I wouldn't have mind waiting longer if I was just updated on why it was taking so long.A+ Dealer & Experience

Downgrade in service rating
by Robert on 12/02/2022I have previously rated this dealership high with great quality and customer satisfaction. This time around it seems that they forgot about customer service. 3rd time in 2 months I have had to bring my truck in for warranty work. I had… always been kept informed about the progress with the diagnostics and repairs. I called 1 time and went by 1 time and that’s the only information I got. My truck was there for close to two weeks. If I had not contacted them I would’ve been in the dark for the entire time.I apologize for the lack of consistent communication, Robert. There is nothing that drives me crazy more than that topic. I will get with everyone and address. Thank you for submitting the review, and we will do better.
Buying my first Corvette

Jenny Jo and Dee went out of their way to deliver the car to Ft. Worth so I would not have to make 2 trips.… It was Dee birthday and she volunteered with Jenny Jo to deliver the car that evening. Highly recommend doing business with this dealership.This review says soooooooo much about the amazing team we have. I will certainly have to tell Dee thank you again for doing that on her birthday. Enjoy your Vette.

I was glad I was at work and didn’t have to deal with all the “BS” that goes along with buying a vehicle. Boy was I wrong, they had everything done in a very… short amount of time. When I went in to sign papers it was like walking into an establishment you’ve frequented your whole life. Everyone was so friendly and just good people. You didn’t feel like you were buying a car it was like hanging out with friends. They explained everything in layman’s terms, made sure you understood exactly what you were signing. It was just a very pleasant experience all the way down to the service department. Thank you guys for all you did, we’ll definitely be back.I absolutely LOVE this review. I am most proud of you saying "it was like hanging out with friends" Thank you very much for your business and for sharing this.

Warranty work

The only issue I had was a sensor wasnt plugged in but I was able to come up the next day and with in 10 minutes they were able… to resolve that issue. Overall I am very happy with the work done.I apologize for the mistake on the sensor, but happy the team got it done quickly. Thank you for your business and feedback.
