Not great
by Elizabeth on 10/01/2022Took four days to repair air conditioner leak and it still doesn't cool like it did. The service person Bryan told me a different time and day every time I called to check. Also assured me over phone when I called there would be a shuttle… to take me home on the day I brought it in. Then when I got there he told me he would see if someone was available and then left me sitting there for over an hour and did not return to let me know there was no ride. I finally arranged a way myself . Will not be giving you anymore of my business.I apologize Elizabeth, this is completely out of character for my team. I will be investigating to see where all the miscommunication occurred. Thank you for letting me know.

I should have just stuck with GLEN POLK. They offered a great price on my trade in and I… jumped on it. I was in and out in 1 hour with my new truck. Jerrod in finance was great as well. Amazing

The service center was great about giving me updates on my truck. Best part is they had it back to me… within a week just as promised. Every other dealership told me it would be 3 weeks before they would even be able to look at my truck. Along with taking potentially 2-3 more weeks to fix my transmission.That is an AWESOME testimony to our crew.. 'Best service center I've ever used at a dealership' pretty much says it all, thank you Zack.

Coupons
by Dissatisfied on 07/23/2022I have been using this facility for a couple of years and have always loved them. However, this time I had transmission maintenance done and when I went to pay I presented a coupon. 20.00 or 10 percent. Since the total was 547.50 the 10… percent was the best deal. Well they couldn’t figure out which was the better deal. First they gave me 20 off and I said no it needs to be the 10 percent. The service manager ask the secretary which was the better deal and she said the computer would automatically figure it. She obviously didn’t know either. I explained it to them but she only gave me a 35.00 discount. Not correct. It should have been 54.75. Someone owes me 19.75. If you are going to offer coupons please educate your employees on how to apply them. And also not sure why this wasn’t considered a recall. The mechanic told me himself that they had received notice about the fluids and told me he had done several this week.??? Seems strange that so many vehicles need the same service at the same time??In and out

Brought it to them late afternoon and picked up early morning. Exactly… explaining the issue resolved. Great service.Less than 24 hours in and out is pretty darn good these days especially with everything being so crazy. Thank you for your business and for the kind words.

by MR on 07/22/2022Came in late in the day with a dead battery and the service bay was full. Not what you would call a big ticket item. They made time for me at the end of a hot day, diagnosed the issue and took care of me in short order. I appreciate their… good neighbor attitude and attention to detail in diagnosing some other concerns as well. I’ll be back.Thank you so much for the warm comments and you are very welcome.
2019 Duramax
by Zach Dinnen on 07/19/2022I own a ‘19 Duramax, that I use daily to haul an aluminum pup trailer. My plan was to find a reliable Chevrolet service shop that could take care of things as certified Chevrolet mechanics who have been trained to provide top quality care… for customer vehicles, instead of hauling it somewhere else that wasn’t as knowledgeable. Dropped truck off July 6 for routine service oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid flush and filter replacement recommended by Chevrolet close to 100k miles. After picking it up and driving it to work for a day I noticed that it was steadily dripping transmission fluid from the undercarriage and it had splattered all over the frame, and my brand new aluminum trailer. I was mostly concerned with the loss of fluid in my transmission and stopped to let the truck cool down and checking fluid levels (must have caught it early enough I only added a small amount to limp it back to the dealership to have it looked at) after talking to the service advisor I politely asked him if there was any way that after they fixed the problem if they could somehow wash or pay to have my truck and trailer washed since it was now drenched in transmission fluid. I got a smart remark in return and knew that it wasn’t going to be done correctly. When i returned to pickup my truck I checked to see if it had quit leaking and undercarriage and trailer had been washed/cleaned back to normal. There was still transmission fluid all over the underside of my truck due to a bad seal on transmission filter, and someone was sent out to my trailer with what looked like a shop rag to wipe down the fluid that was sprayed all over the front, scratching the trailer door and side of the v nose. I ended up grabbing the keys and having to take it to blue beacon ($88) to have an undercarriage wash and citrus washing my trailer to get rid of the fluid spray. I spent my Friday night polishing out the scratches on the front of the trailer after a long hot week at work. I would have liked to be compensated with professional service and some understanding the severity of the situation because not everyone would have caught the leaking filter in time to save their transmission parts from grinding into dust on a truck they worked so hard to pay for.Satisfied customer
