onI have previously rated this dealership high with great quality and customer satisfaction. This time around it seems that they forgot about customer service. 3rd time in 2 months I have had to bring my truck in for warranty work. I had always been kept informed about the progress with the diagnostics and repairs. I called 1 time and went by 1 time and that’s the only information I got. My truck was there for close to two weeks. If I had not contacted them I would’ve been in the dark for the entire time.
