onI had an appointment at 8. I arrived at 8 and was told that it would be a 45 to an hour wait. When I checked in I said I didn't want to do maintenance 2 times and just find the issue with emissions I was ignored and they still did oil change and everything. I waited for 2 and half hours. Supposedly the extra time was because they were seeing if the repair for emissions was covered by warranty but I feel like that shouldn't have taken an extra hour and half to do. The one nice thing was the kids area that my two kids could color and that beverages were offered. I wouldn't have mind waiting longer if I was just updated on why it was taking so long.
