    I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and for the battery to get checked. I told the technician I needed all this done at drop off and when it was time to check out, I asked the tech if the tires were rotated and the battery checked. He stated the tires didn't need rotating since we had done it the last time and everything else looked good. Well the last time that vehicle was there was a year ago and the battery was still acting slow. So I knew it didn't get checked but I had no time to stay any longer since I had to get to work. A few days later, a lady by the name of Brenda Reyes who is a customer relations employee with Mak Haik Southway Ford, called to see how my service went. I explained to her that I have always had great experiences there except for this past visit and told her about the services were not done. She immediately apologized and wanted to make things right. Boy did she do that! She had the vehicle picked up and the tires were rotated and the battery checked which they did find was really bad. I was grateful that I did not have to drop it off or wait. It was picked up and dropped off at the date AND time specified by them. I was really impressed by this kind of service. Thank you Brenda for all that you did!

    terrrible! terrible! terrible! this "MAC southway dealer/service is terrible! the service and the staff ridiculous the quick lane and service associates are not knowledgeable at all

    I pulled up for an unscheduled oil change and arrived an hour and a half before closing. The attendant came out to my SUV swiftly & z my information & truck keys. I was out of the dealership in 1 hour. The attendant was friendly and I was out of there in a timely manner. I am a regular customer of Maik Haik Southway Ford & I feel comfortable with taking my husband’s Fird truck there as well.

    Went for an oil change (1st one since buying new vehicle) My escape oil change was quick but that was the only thing that was satisfactory. When I checked my oil level at home I noticed that it was barley registering on the oil dip stick. Took it back to dealership the next day after noticing and QL Manager said to take it to the back and place the vehicle on the lift to see if there isn’t any leaks. I stayed for my vehicle and saw with my eyes that my vehicle was not lifted at all and never driven inside the bay doors. All they did was pop open hood and checked. When I got my vehicle back and was told that my oil was topped off, it was STILL AT THE EXACT SAME LEVEL. Manager never followed up with me to ensure my problem was taken care of. My biggest fear is that my vehicle running low on oil and blowing up my engine. Never going to go back to that dealership again MACK HAIK FORD

  • Oil Change

    A simple oil change. Dropped off my truck waited about an hour and got my truck back and off I go. Two days later I find 3 different spots in my garage that oil had dripped so I have two options 1. Take it back to the dealership for the issue (1 hour round trip ) or 2. Drop the pan cover to see where the leak is. I choose option 2. To start with there is a metal access panel on the front of the oil pan cover that is held on with 4 metal clips. Two of the clips were broken off a third sort of attached and the last clip was the only thing holding it on as it bounced around. Next I removed the 6 bolts holding the cover one of them was stripped / cross threaded badly. So I get the cover off and I was surprised to see I had no leaks the tech just did a pitiful job of cleaning up his mess from the oil filter change. So after purchasing four new clips and a new bolt and bracket ($33) to hold the pan on, everything is back together the way it should have been and so far no leaks. I don’t understand how something so easy to avoid causes so many issues

    Have been a customer of this location since 2003, I travel over an hour just to have my truck service here. I would go anywhere else to get my truck service. Excellent customer service if I ever have a problem they make it right, I'm very pleased with the service I receive every time.
