Dealership Service Review
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and for the battery to get checked. I told the technician I needed all this done at drop off and when it was time to check out, I asked the tech if the tires were rotated and the battery checked. He stated the tires didn't need rotating since we had done it the last time and everything else looked good. Well the last time that vehicle was there was a year ago and the battery was still acting slow. So I knew it didn't get checked but I had no time to stay any longer since I had to get to work. A few days later, a lady by the name of Brenda Reyes who is a customer relations employee with Mak Haik Southway Ford, called to see how my service went. I explained to her that I have always had great experiences there except for this past visit and told her about the services were not done. She immediately apologized and wanted to make things right. Boy did she do that! She had the vehicle picked up and the tires were rotated and the battery checked which they did find was really bad. I was grateful that I did not have to drop it off or wait. It was picked up and dropped off at the date AND time specified by them. I was really impressed by this kind of service. Thank you Brenda for all that you did!
