    We bought three cars from North Park Lexus. I was buy a maintenance policy for the first 30,000 miles. Their maintenance is exemplary and professional. They always go the extra mile.

    Carly is my contact when I take either one of my Lexus’s in for service. She does a fantastic job of keeping me informed, personally checks the vehicles over before I receive them them to make sure they meet my standards. I always tell my friends about the first rate experience I have at North Park Lexus

    Wally notified me after checking with Lexus that parts ordered had arrived. He scheduled an appointment and reserved a loaner car for my use. Upon my arrival at Lexus, he had my paperwork ready and my loaner car ready for a quick transition from drop off to drive off.

    The service department North Park Lexus in San Antonio stands a head above any other service department in my experience of owning automobiles for over 50 years. Service assistants, such as Wally Murray, make the experience of servicing and maintaining my vehicle pleasant. The waiting area is comfortable, service is is quick, but above all the personnel are friendly and helpful.

    North Park Lexus of San Antonio is just as good as it gets. I took my car in for service on a Saturday, since I am from Laredo, and have to travel to San Antonio for service. I was told my car had a leaky water pump and was low on coolant and that I was going to be put in a loaner and my car would be ready Monday. I was concerned about having to come back to and miss work on Monday, however I was told no worries we will deliver the car to you. I was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very, very nice! I was very impressed. Thanks North Park!

    I have owned a Lexus from North Park from the first year they opened their San Antonio dealership. I love the vehicles, they have literally saved my life in a terrible accident; however, it is the service that keeps me here! Wally Murray, my service manager, is amazing. Following the hurricane in Houston, shipment of parts was delayed. No problem, they told me to just keep driving the NEW (2500 miles) NX SUV they had loaned me until they were received. The service department took time to WAIT for me to pick up my car as they were closing on a Saturday! There was not a word from anyone that it might be inconvenient, or that they had plans I was keeping them from... They truly treat you like family at North Park. I will ALWAYS have a car from Northpark Lexus.

    The folks at North Park Lexus treat you right. I have been servicing my cars at this location for the past 7 years and have never left leaving that I didn't receive their best. From the Car Sales Staff to the Service Maintenance Dept. my family have always been treated with the utmost care. Always prompt and timely service.

    I am leaving a review because I am completely satisfied with the service Lexus provides. My service rep is Wally Murray. He has been my rep for over six years and every time I meet him he has a smile and funny story that leaves me feeling lifted and happy. He is very courteous, sincere and honest when it comes to servicing my car. Wally always makes sure I am taken cared of and updates me whenever he can. I definitely recommend asking to have Wally as your service rep because you will not be disappointed.

    If you own a Lexus and want good service, the go to North Park Lexus of San Antonio. I have the best service manager, Ms. Farrah. She keeps me informed every step of the way. If you stay and wait on your car, Ms. Farrah makes sure you know what is happening with you car. And, if at all possible, she will try to find the lowest cost for you. If they have to keep your car for longer then two hours, Ms. Farrah gets you a loaner car without you having to ask. Go to North Park Lexus and get top quality service and treatment. If you don't, you miss out.....

    I have owned a Lexus since the first year they opened the dealership. The service is always outstanding. My service representative, Wally Murray, actually makes me feel like I am part of the family. He takes the time to explain answers to any questions that I have. And, ensures that I am completely satisfied. He is an amazing asset to Lexus, and, I am grateful for all of his assistance. I actually look forward to my service visits. North park Lexus of San Antonio will always hold a special place in my life. And because of the fine products and outstanding service, I will be a customer for life.

    I purchased a used Lexus from North Park Toyota, an affiliated dealership. After attempting several remedies to remove what I initially thought were water spots (the issue ended up being etching from bird droppings), I contacted the North Park dealership General Manager. He was already suggesting how to fix the issue before I had even completed the description. He then suggested I would be better off having anything done at the affiliated North Park Lexus dealership. He promised a call back from North Park Lexus; I received a call from the Lexus General Manager in less than ten minutes. Suffice it to say, I was blown away with their response. I got an appointment that afternoon, and they are taking care of the issue, in a manner that was extremely positive and painless. I found myself thinking about how I could implement such a positive customer service process at the company where I work. This was an absolutely awesome experience, and my compliments to both dealership service departments and management!

    Moved to Corpus Christi from (Jacksonville) Saint Augustine Florida and very satisfied with the 2 dealerships there but this one, even though it is very busy does a great job. They provide a vehicle (if needed) while car is being serviced and do a great job of making sure you are satisfied with the work they do. 100 times better than the service received from the toyota dealership in Corpus Christi. they (CC) could do the oil changes but i will drive 120 miles to have them do my work - that should tell you the story
