I have owned a Lexus since the first year they opened the dealership. The service is always outstanding. My service representative, Wally Murray, actually makes me feel like I am part of the family. He takes the time to explain answers to any questions that I have. And, ensures that I am completely satisfied. He is an amazing asset to Lexus, and, I am grateful for all of his assistance.
