Robert took time to keep me aware of all that was required and would be occurring while diagnostics were… performed to determine a corrective action plan. It is never fun to have a car serviced, but Robert handled it in a way that I looked forward to the daily updates. The car was returned in the time promised and, in a condition, better than I dropped it off.
