onI am writing to you today to recognize and single out Robert Castro for exceeding my expectations during my AMG EQS service last week. Robert took time to keep me aware of all that was required and would be occurring while diagnostics were performed to determine a corrective action plan. It is never fun to have a car serviced, but Robert handled it in a way that I looked forward to the daily updates. The car was returned in the time promised and, in a condition, better than I dropped it off. Because of Robert I will be comfortable and confident to return to the Dealership if the need arises,
