Francisco (Paco) Gonzalez was exceptional in his service. He made sure that my life was minimally disrupted by making sure I was transported where I needed to be, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and followed up with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the Mercedes-Benz service. I truly appreciate the efforts that he made.
