Another excellent service experience

All of your service representatives are very helpful, but Charles is my… favorite. He is always pleasant, helpful, and professional in all situations.Rocky at first, but great in the end.

However, when we got there, the price changed and the sales person was less than… helpful. My Husband left without the car. The next day, Sean called to follow up. My husband told him what happened and told him that we were not going to purchase the car. Sean went out of his way to right the wrong. We ended meeting with Sean that day and he made the process so easy for us. Between Sean and Financing, this is the best experience we have ever had at any dealership. Although, our experience started rocky, we ended up being taken care and walked away with a great impression and a new car. We will definitely be going back to purchase more cars from Sean and his team.Top Notch

We were treated with upmost courtesy and kept fully informed. We were most impressed with a call from Russell 15… minutes after we picked up our vehicle. Russell informed us we were overcharged $81.00 and would be crediting our credit card. Now THAT is full service!Outstanding customer service

However the shuttle service made up for some of the inconvenience. The cost for the service was way too high.… I called other dealerships after the service was completed and they quoted almost half than what North Central Ford charged.Great service

I had a very finite set of parameters based on the minimum vehicle size, accessories/options needed, and most importantly, price point. While I have done business with North… Central Ford previously I was somewhat skeptical we would get anywhere close to what I needed at a price close to what I was paying for my last car. I worked with Michele Larson and Sean Sachse. Before I arrived, they had already narrowed down the vehicles that would fall near my parameters. I had never considered a Ford Fusion before arriving at the dealership. 24-hours later I left with a 2016 Ford Fusion with more options than I had in my previous car and the price point was within $7 of what I was paying previously. Everything about this transaction, up to and including the financing and signing the papers, was a first-class experience. I have already told a number of people about my deal and the service I received. While I am always looking for the best value possible, customer service is so important to me that I will walk away from a great deal if the service is poor. Michelle, Sean and the entire staff at North Central Ford provided me a great deal and Service Excellence. I'll be back again when we are ready for another car.Great Service and team
