Customer Service - Better than expected.

Everyone is very helpful. Customer service is excellent. Priscilla knows me and my car. She makes me feel that my car is in good hands. She also encourages me to do the best for the car in trying circumstances. I know that she lives either in or near Wylie, TX. So, even tho' her family is going through very hard times right now, she knows how to balance that with her job. Did you give your staff special Customer Service classes??
