I had a breakdown downtown Dallas and a tow to NCF. Several things needed addressing. Russell was out service agent. We were treated with upmost courtesy and kept fully informed. We were most impressed with a call from Russell 15 minutes after we picked up our vehicle. Russell informed us we were overcharged $81.00 and would be crediting our credit card. Now THAT is full service!
