We started searching for a car quite some time ago (like 6+ mon). My husband finally found a car he liked. He was able to set up a trade and test drive. However, when we got there, the price changed and the sales person was less than helpful. My Husband left without the car. The next day, Sean called to follow up. My husband told him what happened and told him that we were not going to purchase the car. Sean went out of his way to right the wrong. We ended meeting with Sean that day and he made the process so easy for us. Between Sean and Financing, this is the best experience we have ever had at any dealership. Although, our experience started rocky, we ended up being taken care and walked away with a great impression and a new car. We will definitely be going back to purchase more cars from Sean and his team.
