Jim Ayo needs to be congratulated! He needs to be recognized by North Central Ford's management! Not only did he take care of me and my family, but he also treated us like we were North Central's only customer! He takes care in every step of what he does, ensures we are aware! Have 16 years in Customer Support and he's bested every expectation I have - which is a lot considering my family! He's making sure we stay safe and we've got the best service!
