Excellent service

A Quality Dealership

Oil change and addressing a recall

As I checked in, my service adviser, Manny Venegas mentioned that a recall had been issued for the vent system of my vehicle. I was offered and given a "loaner-car" while mine was… being serviced. Making my "old" 911 drive like NEW

With this year's service appointment I made the decision to replace those as… suggested. Amazing service experience
by jnthibeault on 05/11/2023I had a very unique issue with my 2017 Macan: there was a coolant leak that couldn't be identified. Every couple of months, the coolant would be empty. I took it into Plano Porsche several times and they couldn't find the issue. Finally,… they decided to do a total work up. They replaced seals, pressure tested, replaced more. The end result? They felt it needed an entirely new engine. Unfortunately, there were none in North America. Thankfully, they located one in Germany, it got shipped over, installed and I finally drove away with my car...after 6 months! But my Plano Porsche service advisor, Patrick, was awesome all the way through the process. Not only did they provide me a loaner Macan for the 6 months, they kept me informed each step of the way. There is NO DOUBT that I will not only continue to use Plano Porsche for servicing my Macan but I will purchase all of my future Porsches from them as well.Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. He got me in for service immediately and I waited for the work to be done in their very comfortable customer service waiting area. Jeff's… service was excellent and the work was done faster than his original estimate. The next day, I found a screw embedded in my tire and again Jeff got me in immediately and repaired the tire while I waited for a great price - much better than one of those discount tire places.
