Oil change and addressing a recall

I was there a couple of weekends ago for an oil change. As I checked in, my service adviser, Manny Venegas mentioned that a recall had been issued for the vent system of my vehicle. I was offered and given a "loaner-car" while mine was being serviced. The entire process took no more than 3 - 4 hours. Great friendly and convenient service.
