I called Jeff Jutzi at Porsche Plano to get the tires rotated/balanced on my Porsche Cayenne GTS. He got me in for service immediately and I waited for the work to be done in their very comfortable customer service waiting area. Jeff's service was excellent and the work was done faster than his original estimate. The next day, I found a screw embedded in my tire and again Jeff got me in immediately and repaired the tire while I waited for a great price - much better than one of those discount tire places. Overall, the service experience was perfect and I was completely satisfied.
