I had a very unique issue with my 2017 Macan: there was a coolant leak that couldn't be identified. Every couple of months, the coolant would be empty. I took it into Plano Porsche several times and they couldn't find the issue. Finally, they decided to do a total work up. They replaced seals, pressure tested, replaced more. The end result? They felt it needed an entirely new engine. Unfortunately, there were none in North America. Thankfully, they located one in Germany, it got shipped over, installed and I finally drove away with my car...after 6 months! But my Plano Porsche service advisor, Patrick, was awesome all the way through the process. Not only did they provide me a loaner Macan for the 6 months, they kept me informed each step of the way. There is NO DOUBT that I will not only continue to use Plano Porsche for servicing my Macan but I will purchase all of my future Porsches from them as well.
