    We were unsure of what brand car we wanted to purchase and spoke to many different dealerships and Nick, his Sales Manager Chris, and the General Manager (I think his name was Bob) really stood out on their professionalism, attention, follow-up calls (without making me feel pressured), and price/deal. They worked hard to earn our business and in the end, we felt great about our decision to buy our Acura TL. The Business Manager who we worked with to complete/sign paperwork was also very professional and did not pressure us to make any decisions we hadn't already agreed to. The pick-up of the vehicle was also a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and was especially impressed with Nick. I would also recommend you ask for him when you are looking at vehicles and if you choose to buy from him, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for making this experience simple, honest, and straightforward.

    Our first visit here was for checking a used car but later changed in mind for new car. Even though we visited the dealer multiple times my family and me were greated always with a smile and enthu by Tony. Infact considering my financial constraints they offered different options and was happy to give me test drives for different models. I was very impressed with the price negotiation discussions and his attitude to listen and answer all queries put forward. After the sale was closed for the final closure met Salim who was the financial advisor and he showcased how to exhibit client satisfaction. Without any doubt a dealer I can confidently recommend anyone and will difinetly ask to contact Tony and Salim who I belive are true great ambassadors of acura who will assist and ensure clients walk out happy!!!

    Second time buying a used vehicle from Tim S. at McDavid Acura and it continued to be an excellent experience. Very smooth, no hassle with the buying process and very quick and easy with completing the purchase and financing paperwork. Tim is an excellent communicator, is upfront and trustworthy - he'll tell it like it is. I live in SW Arlington, so it is a special trip for me to go to Plano to buy a used vehicle; and they all make it worthwhile. Will look to buy from them again when I need another vehicle.

    Over the past 15 or so years, I've had several Acrua vehicles and one Honda. I appreciate the looks, reliability, and features...but that's not what keeps me coming back to David McDavid Acura in Plano. It's the quality of service and care that goes into everything from the initial selection and paperwork, through the professional car service maintainces, and all the way to turning each vehicle in for another. We all know there are choices as to where to buy or lease our vehicles. This shop is hands-down the best.

  • Most fun I have had in a long time...

    Bought a 2014 Base RDX AWD from David McDavid Acura of Plano. Total time from first contact/test drive to delivery was one week. These guys (specifically, Mark, Chris, and Salim) made it easy and gave me just the right amount of salesmanship and no-nonsense candor. All of the negotiation was done via email, and I got a fantastic price (well under the Edmunds "Fair Price" average. The F&I guy, whose position usually gets a bad rap at many dealerships, was a straightforward fellow who was genuinely enjoyable to hang out with. I wasn't pressured in the least, and walked out WITHOUT any add-ons to my deal. While we all know Acuras are really gussied-up Hondas and are the "low end" of luxury, the McDavid team play the part well and make one feel like they are doing something special. Even the dealership itself may be showing its age and not exactly up to snuff with a German marque - it works well enough, and you get the feeling you'll be handled just fine. This is the seventh new vehicle I have bought in my lifetime (among other Hondas, Mazda, Ford, and VW) and this experience ranks right up there with my magical "first new car" purchase. I sincerely hope Acura has a decent lineup in a few years when I'm ready to buy again - I would go to David McDavid in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

    Acura was recommended by an employee of mine. I trusted him and ventured out to David McDavid Acura. I was not disappointed! Every moment of my time was spent efficiently. My sales ref. Gabe was Fantastic! Financing was a BREEZE! I left knowing every car I purchase from this time on will be an ACURA. My experience was MEMORABLE! Thanks Acura, my fear of dealerships has changed becuase of your customer focus employees. If I had to use two word to describe my experience it would be: CUSTOMER CENTRIC!

    It was a long and arduous negotiation process with Denis J., and he was patient enough to be in touch with me and continuously keeping me informed and taking my requirements and limitations into consideration. There were a few instance where I wanted to ask a question, and before I could ask he would actually address the issue. He made sure I had all the info I needed, and helped me close the deal for an Acura RDX 2013. Couldn't be any more happier. When he demo-ed all the features of the car, or when I first test-drove the RDX; the way he walks you through the whole process is very methodic and doesn't try to rush you through anything at all. Couldn't ask for more. At the financing stage; Salim P. locked the whole thing for us. With a few friendly suggestions, he definitely made it a much more cleaner process for us. He helped us add a few options and bring the whole thing under our budget control and did everything he could to keep us on track. I couldn't have asked for a better experience of buying my first car. Salim P. simply is the best in the business.

    My wife and I were very happy with our buying experience at David McDavid - in fact, I'd say it was the best new-car purchasing experience we've ever had. Our salesman, Mark, did an excellent job, as did the entire sales staff at David McDavid. The deal was easy, clean, and simple, and we are thrilled with our purchase of the Acura RDX. We'll happily recommend David McDavid to our friends and associates!

    in shopping for a 2014 RLX i went to 3 dealers, one flat out lied to me about their inventory and played ridiculous games with the pricing, the other just did not care and had a very low inventory. David McDavid was honest, not pressure, answered my questions and were respectful of my time and my needs. They gave me a quick and very good appraisal for my trade and delivered the car on time and beautifully detailed. Highley recommend Gabe and Joe as sales people

    Watch out! Take your business elsewhere ( i wish i did). Mysterious fee of $400 showed up when I went in person to close the deal. They are not ethical and I wonder how they sleep at night!

    I recently purchased a 2011 Acura TSX V6 w/ Tech Pkg from your dealer, David McDavid. I would like to take the time and thank your team for giving me the best car buying experience I've ever had. I unfortunately I had my previous vehicle stolen. I had just purchased a new 2010 Silverado this past October and that buying experience was no where close to what you offered. With just recently purchasing a new vehicle I was very familiar with process. Therefore I did my "homework" and was well prepared for my next vehicle. I looked at several vehicles but my choices came down to the TSX and Lexus IS250/350. I came to test drive the TSX first and met with Ankur Juvia then. He was very accommodating and did not put a ton of pressure on me. He showed the vehicle in detail and answered questions before I asked. This was a huge plus to me, as I'm kind of a "gear head" and I found it often that I knew more about the car than the salesman themselves. After a few days of "sleeping on it" I decided I wanted the TSX. I met with Ankur and we test drove the car one more time. We then sat down to make the deal and we worked out a great price. There wasn't any battling back and forth over a price, which was amazing!!! This is typically the worst part of the experience. I had financing lined up and he actually beat my interest rate for me too. After the deal was made, the great service continued to the business manager, Chris Sprayberry. He was a very relaxed gentleman and made signing documents quick and painless. I picked up the car the following day and Ankur once again walked me through all the features and preferences. I had a couple of questions that I had at a later date, which he quickly responded with answers as well. Usually I walk out of a dealer happy with the vehicle I purchased but felt like the dealer "stuck it" to me some way or another. This wasn't the case at all here. BEST experience ever! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work.

    We bought a 2014 RLX yesterday from Gabe. We had bought a brand new 1999 RL from David McDavid in 1999 and after almost 200,000 miles, decided to get a new one. Before that I had an Acura Legend, so this is my 3rd Acura. Gabe could not have been better! He got the exterior and interior color that I wanted & he was sharp on the pricing. He is very professional, knowledgable, and has great people skills, and attention to detail. This was a NO pressure sale. Everything was just perfect, and we could not be happier.

    Bad experience elsewhere brought me to this deadlership. Quick response with a quote via internet and the sales price wasn't switched when I arrived. Great sales experience with Matt O. Got a terrified trade-in deal. Matt knows the car well and made sure I was comfortable with all the features before I left. Giles in Business office was attentive to my time constraints and worked quickly to get me out the door. Overall among the best experiences ever!

    Our family just purchased our second Acura from Gave S. at David McDavid Acura in Plano, Texas. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of Gabe and the way our sale was handled. Gabe is friendly without being pushy, knows his product well, and listens to his customer. In addition, Gabe is a truly nice person.     My neighbor bought his CPO Acura from David McDavid, so when we were looking to replace my wife's Accord with an used Acura TL, I felt comfortable giving them a try. I found a CPO TL at the dealership, and then I contacted them via their website, I got lucky that I was contacted by John C. - he responded quickly to my inquiry, was flexible to meet with my and my wife, help us arrange two test drives, and helped us get an excellent appraisal on our Accord, which made the deal with the CPO TL meet our financial needs. Overall this was a smooth, no pressure experience, and I will definitely contact John next time I need an Acura in the DFW area.

    Bought a 2014 MDX to go with the 2012 TL that we bought two years ago. Our salesman for both was Arthur D., and we could not be happier with our buying experiences. Arthur is very knowledgeable, and is a LOW PRESSURE SALESMAN. We will be back!

  • Internet Sale department is useless

    What a joke, internet sale guy ask me to come in so he could give me pricing. Well I contact the internet sale, I guess deal does not understanding meaning on internet quote. Went in and they didn't have car in stock and try to sell me something else. Walk out that is it.
