  • Disregard for safety of customers!

    Took my car in for routine check up to Audi Plano late last year. My service advisor informed me of the issues and I had them repair it. When I picked up my car I noticed that my airbag light was on as I was driving out the parking lot. I immediately called my service advisor and left a VM. I called again and he advised me to bring it back it. I took it in the next week and they advised me that it is due to faulty passenger seat belt and it would cost $1200. I advised him that whatever happened it happened while it was at the dealership. Not only were they not going to take care of an issue that happened on their clock, but they were going to charge me $200 for diagnostics. Service director was involved and he pulled an excuse that that the car was in an accident two years ago and it could be the cause, which I totally disagree. I will not trust my vehicle with this dealership anymore. I advised them of the repercussion of safety liability and yet no one cared! Very poor customer service and more importantly disregard for your safety! Be very cautious about this dealership!

    Went in for new tires and alignment, and my service provider was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with the car. He kept in constant contact with me, and the video walk-around and recommendations were great. I will be bringing my car here from now on.

    Everything went smoothly at Audi of Plano . My service advisor Randy was above and beyond. From the time i dropped off my vehicle, his meticulously noting down every word I said about my vehicle. This helped with the diagnosis of the vehicle's problem. He did several follow up texts with me toinform me on the status. Overall, Randy and Audi of Plano made my experience very satisfactory.

    We left the dealership with the car our family agreed would satisfy all of us! Our salesman, Mr. Podea, did confirm our decision and proceed to expedite the paperwork through with care and attention to details. Document signing was done in short order and details of it were disclosed in its entirety. All in all, Audi Plano has demonstrated to us in the last 6 years we’ve been doing business, that dedication, courtesy and attention to us, it is not just their philosophy, but their heartfelt practice as well!     Buying a new car is definitely an experience that buyer wants to enjoy. Not everyone knows what they need and thats where the service, professionalism and customer centric attitude comes into play. Try buying a car from a luxury preowned dealership in Plano Vs buying from Audi Plano and you will know what I am talking about. They made it such a smooth sail for me and closed everything in a day's time. Not only pre purchase, I have been constantly been asked if anything is required post sale which is absolutely great and shows their dedication towards customer.     I was greeted with a smile and the entire experience from start to finish was seamless and easy. I have a newborn at home and Bryan made sure I had a ride to take me home and pick me up while I waited for my car to be completed. Within only two hours my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
