Dealership Sales Review
Purchased a 2023 Audi A3 premium Plus on 2/11/2023 after renting an A3 on a business trip. I loved the rental so I purchased a new A3. 2 days after taking possession of the car I park it at the airport for a week and when I returned the battery was dead. Required a jump start. Drove it home and took it into the shop the following morning after requesting another jump through roadside assistance. The Plano service department was not able to take me in so I called the Grapevine Service department and after hearing my issue they squeezed me in the same day. After several hours they recharged the battery and informed me everything was good. 2 days later I park the car at the airport again and after 5 days I return and the car is dead again. The car has been in service since 2/25/2023 and no solution or cause to my issue has been found yet. Plano dealership is willing to swap the car with lesser options and $2000 more down which is not right as I am in this position at no fault of my own. To this date I have not even received a copy of my sales agreement. Never have I encountered this situation before purchasing other new cars as I frequently do every 1 or 2 years.
