Dealership Service Review
Took my car in for routine check up to Audi Plano late last year. My service advisor informed me of the issues and I had them repair it. When I picked up my car I noticed that my airbag light was on as I was driving out the parking lot. I immediately called my service advisor and left a VM. I called again and he advised me to bring it back it. I took it in the next week and they advised me that it is due to faulty passenger seat belt and it would cost $1200. I advised him that whatever happened it happened while it was at the dealership. Not only were they not going to take care of an issue that happened on their clock, but they were going to charge me $200 for diagnostics. Service director was involved and he pulled an excuse that that the car was in an accident two years ago and it could be the cause, which I totally disagree. I will not trust my vehicle with this dealership anymore. I advised them of the repercussion of safety liability and yet no one cared! Very poor customer service and more importantly disregard for your safety! Be very cautious about this dealership!
