Our salesman Ricardo Garcia was very helpful and friendly! Armando in finance was awesome to us as well.
I recommend Hiram Montero from spike ford. Hiram Montero did an excellent job helping me out. Everything went well he got me in a Ram 2024 the same day just as he promised. I've have had no issue with the Ram as of yet. If you want a smooth transition into a new vehicle call and ask for Hiram Montero.

by CVillalon46 on 08/23/2019I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the Battery checked as it had lots of corrosion and appeared to be leaking acid at the base of the positive post. The oil was changed and the battery was replaced under warranty as it was… leaking acid at the base of the positive post. The work was done in a timely manner which I appreciate very much.Amazing Servcie

Had talked to another dealership and the phone rang and it was Spike Ford called. I explained again exactly what I wanted… and was not willing to sit at a dealership all day negotiating. He said to bring in my current Ford Edge they will appraise it, look to find what I want and give me a price and they did just that. As we know sitting around is part of the process but nothing like I have been through with other dealerships.HORRIBLE SERVICE

White smoke would come out of the exhaust pipe and I was advised that it was the heads from the engine. I was then advised that the heads were on back order and they… did not have a time frame on when they would arrive. This was bit the only problem with my 2016 Ford F-150, the radio “screen” would also freeze. It took Nearly 4 months to get the heads in and the vehicle “fixed”. When I got there to pick my vehicle up the front of the pickup truck had a lot of grease all over along with the passenger seat. I took my vehicle home and noticed that it still wasn’t running smoothly like before and the screen was still freezing. I took the vehicle back and was advised that they would check it out and call me back in a couple of days. Note: not only did they have my truck for nearly 4 months but I was then contacted by an employee stating that I owed $100 for the services. I am willing to spend my own money contacting an attorney and filing some sort of lawsuit for a full refund on my monthly payments before I pay the $100 that I supposedly owe.Asome Job
