    I bought a new SUV at Spikes and the process was smooth and quick. The Sales team presented the pricing and financing options to maximize the value to the customer and honored all the commitments made, avoiding waisting my time in not solicited choices. Great service!

    I have and will continue to take my vehicles to Spikes Ford Quick Lane for service because the service is the great, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They always do a great job. I have highly recommended these services to my friends and they too take there vehicles there. I highly recommended this business.

    I was looking for a truck at some other dealers and they rejected what we were looking for and Jorge Duran our salesman listened to what we wanted price and vehicle type and he found exactly what we were looking for he is an excellent person he clearly explains us everything and gave us a great deal we received an amazing attention from Jorge definitely we will recomend Jorge and of course Spikes Ford.

    I would like to thank the Spikes Quick Lane team for there excellent service they provide every time I get my vehicles serviced. I have 5 vehicles that I service with them and wouldn't take them any where else. Its nice to be greeted by your service writer and management when you walk thru the door, they treat you like family. There technicians are very clean and perform there work in a very timely matter.

    Dealership was able to schedule my appointment as requested despite the short notice given. That's working to meet customers needs!! Customer service surpassed my expectations. Michelle and her team are doing a remarkable job. Amanda was my service ed advisor and she nailed it.

    Ago Gonzalez was my salesman he was VERY patient in finding a vehicle for me. I had shopped around in the Houston area and was not happy with the service. I was referred to him by a friend... best thing ever. But of course I would be that difficult customer that wants not just any red but a Race Red F250. He finally located one for me. It was a beauty ( I hope no one asks for that color) he was able to find one with everything I asked for. He provided great customer service, he is full of energy, always smiling. Didn’t matter what I threw at him he was able to take care of it for me. He is just an awesome guy all around. Appearance means a lot to me as well, he had that. Over all hands down to you Ago Gonzalez YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

    My experience buying my new truck was great! The courtesy and accommodations extended to me by the salesman was tremendous. All the other staff members that got involved in completing my purchase were all fabulous.

    Horrible Experience. Will never go to Spike's Ford ever again. I had a rude service agent the last time I was there for an airbag recall. A friend convinced me that Spikes ford is good. I thought I'd give them one last try. Never Again! They told me that they would keep my car overnight, possibly, so I agreed. This was a Thursday in April. I did not get a call on Friday. I tried getting a hold of my Service agent but she never contacted me back, texted, nor left a message for me. I called every hour since 12:30 for a status. Because each service agent is separate and has their own records, another could not help me nor contact the technician for me. If true this is a horrible practice right off the bat. When I called they told me my car was next... 2 days I missed work and at 4:45 PM they were JUST getting to my car! I asked to speak to a manager but I was told they left for the day. The assistant to the Service agent said I can borrow a loaner... I am 6 feet 1 and I was allowed to drive a Ford Fiesta. I felt like Hightower from the Police academy movies. If I could remove the front seat and sit in the back seat to drive comfortably I would! Every week I called for a status and every week the Tech was busy... The second week I was called that the Tech had a not come in to work on Friday. Fine he was sick, Monday I was supposed to get my car worked on. Didn't happen! I called for a status, Tech had not been able to get to my car. Finally I told them that I am picking my car up. I did not receive a call back and when I was just on my way, I was told the Manager authorized the "rush" work on my vehicle and they just completed my caliper replacement. BUT I could not pick up my car just then because they needed to finalize the paperwork. THEN I get a call back that they did not replace an actuator like they were supposed to. I was going to cancel the job but I was told it would be fixed by tomorrow. I asked for a guarantee, and was told that I will be the first car fixed, that the glove compartment will be left dismantled to just replace the actuator for the A/C. I was not called in the morning. I was called in the afternoon at 3:30ish that my car was ready. 3 weeks and 1 day to replace a stuck caliper on my brake system and to look for a power failure (that still happens) as well as replace a stuck A/C actuator! Waste of time, my car was parked for 3 weeks! Service is horrible. Probably if I had a new car with a warranty from Spike's Ford I would get treated decently. Since I am paying cash, I was put at the end of the list. The only positive that I can say is they did not charge me labor. While I had a loaner, I was told any scratches or damage would go through my insurance. It was a brand new car with the stickers still on the windows. That stress, day in day out is not worth only being charged parts. If you have their warranty, it is good. If you are a regular customer and don't mind not having your vehicle for about a month, go for it. My brother bought tires for his truck with Spike's ford. He had a very similar experience. They kept his truck for a month "ordering" his tires from the warehouse. When he told me he was going to cancel and pick up his truck they just so happened to "find" the tires he wanted in their own inventory... I wish he would have told me this story 3 weeks earlier. I guess that is the trick pick up your car, cancel your service and they will actually do their jobs...

    They didn’t take long to change my cars oil and check it’s tires! When i take my Malibu to Chevrolet they take at least 3 hours to do all that. Ford has fast amazing service.

    Excellent Service, quick in and out, but the prices are extremely high. Oouch!! parts and labor. The RGV is low income family. Need to consider lowering prices. Just saying.
