I took my truck in almost 4 months ago due to having some engine problems. White smoke would come out of the exhaust pipe and I was advised that it was the heads from the engine. I was then advised that the heads were on back order and they did not have a time frame on when they would arrive. This was bit the only problem with my 2016 Ford F-150, the radio “screen” would also freeze. It took Nearly 4 months to get the heads in and the vehicle “fixed”. When I got there to pick my vehicle up the front of the pickup truck had a lot of grease all over along with the passenger seat. I took my vehicle home and noticed that it still wasn’t running smoothly like before and the screen was still freezing. I took the vehicle back and was advised that they would check it out and call me back in a couple of days. Note: not only did they have my truck for nearly 4 months but I was then contacted by an employee stating that I owed $100 for the services. I am willing to spend my own money contacting an attorney and filing some sort of lawsuit for a full refund on my monthly payments before I pay the $100 that I supposedly owe.
