He was very understanding and that made the process that much easier. Pedro helped get things… finalized and was also great help. The service advisor did not return my phone calls for two days, the third day I had to drive there to get a status, they said they could not start… repairs until three weeks after the parts arrived. I then requested to pick up my vehicle later that day. When I picked it up I got my paperwork from quick-lane saying that it had been oil changed and the tires had been rotated, but the tires were not rotated as requested.Great customer service

by juan camanei on 12/17/2020I took my truck for a recall service because The transmission was downshift into first gear, Ford's code 19S07. and they didnt the program on it but the transmission was doing the same thing and went back and told them the problem and… told them that FORD can replace the output shaft speed sensor on time and they told me no, that I was lying that I need it to pay. so I call FORD and they told me to go to another dealership so I went to another one and they are workng on my truck and they are going to replace the sensor too.Best Ford Dealership in the Valley
