    I was treated with the professionalism, knowledgeable sales staff that is not found in today's society, The individuals I dealt with went out of their way to allow me to drive off in a new 2028 Ford pickup. Well done to the Sipkes ford team.

    Motor mount and radiator flush. Car rental for one week. Thanks to extended warrantee I paid nothing for the rental. Spark plugs no cost. Very satisfied with service.

    We personally want to thank Spikes Ford for the attention and help we received. Our sales agent Gilbert Ramirez was super helpful, he was able to accommodate our family in the vehicle we where looking for. As well as taking the time to fulfill our needs as a family. Thank you for helping us and working with our budget.

    our salesman Eric Carrizales was excellent worked very hard to make sure we got the vehicle and that we were satisfied. We will definitely be going back to Spikes and recommending Eric to our family and friends.

    Good coustmet service they reviewed what the recall was for. The time frame for the work to be finish was around the time they said they would finish.

    Took my 2015 mustang in for AC repair (faulty evaporator core), driver's seat belt (wasn't retracting), and two Recalls (faulty side door latches and underbody temperatures). The repair overall lasted 10 days was promised 7. The dealer was able to perform the AC repair, seat belt assembly replacement, and side door latch replacements, but not the underbody temp. I was told the part was on back order, so I was let to pick up my car. When I received it, I noticed a total of 6 dings and scratches on both side doors and rear quarter panels. I immediately let my rep know, so they set me up with a detail repair there at the dealership the following day. The repair had a horrible finish, the touch up paint bubbled up, and the dings and scratches are still visible. The door panels now make a rattling sound, I think there may be loose wires behind door panel from latch replacement. Unfortunately, I have to take my car back when the last part arrives for the last recall. Was promised a full detail for the extra wait, originally, but the car was very dirty when returned to me. I take great pride in taking care of my vehicle and go to great lengths to keep the paint from being chipped or scratched, but this happening at the dealership completely infuriates me and blows my mind.

    This is the first bad experience I've had with Spikes. JC was very helpful, but I had issues. 1) they overcharged me by $100, but corrected that. (2) I left town after picking up my truck and they hadn't bled the breaks properly after servicing them and I had to have them re-bled. (3) my glove box was broken when I picked up my truck and they denied doing it. I know for a fact that it wasn't prior, but they said hey hadn't opened it. However, I found something they was in the glove box sitting outside. We went to put it back and hats when we saw it had been broken. Disappointed hey didn't own up to it.
