    Purchased a New 2017 Ford Explorer. Only recommendation is you arrive early, the finance department gets really backed up and you could spend a few hours waiting.

    Bought a 2016 fusion on june 2016 and on my second scheduled oil change I'm being advised i need transmission and other work on my car and a week later i get a email saying my tires are also due for mainitaince but wasn't even told at the… time of my oil change about any tires having tread issues.... Lost faith in my purchase of vechicle and and now dont know why i wasn't told about tires....

    I purchased a new Ford Fusion and was very satisfied with the service I received. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. He worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and had the vehicle on the lot.

    Service techs take a lot of short cuts. Don't get the long wait times. Three days after getting the works service I'm at Discount Tire getting the tire pressure adjusted. I'm done with this place....

    I've been taking vehicles there and have never had a complaint. Best service I've had better than Boggus and Hacienda Ford. My rep Roxanne was very nice and kept me updated with anything.

    Everyone at Spikes was helpful and accommodating. Of course, buying a new vehicle always seems to take longer than you'd like, but the team made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

    I was out of town and contacted the Sales Manager with what I was looking for. He looked through his inventory and discussed with me what was available. All paperwork that could be done ahead of time was completed. When I got to the… dealership, Armando had everything ready for me to sign, we took the vehicle on a test drive and explained all the features my new Explorer had. F&I was great and we had all questions answered and paperwork signed, purchase was complete within 30 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and the guidance and knowledge they provided me.

    Didn't buy this car here, but have had service done with the Ford cars I have purchased here. Quick, service. Time varies depending on the amount of clients ahead of you, which is to be expected at any location.

    it was going fine till they told me they couldn't rotate my tires because of a tool they didn't have, i thought they had every tool imaginable and a back up so they knocked $15 off the ticket, a tire rotation normally go's for $50 at the… least.

    The 75K inspection was competed, front breaks pads and rotors turned, and 4 struts replaced Car runs and rides like new..

    Do not buy from Spikes Ford. I was lied to and did not get the deal I was told. It is a long story but believe me I was not happy from the deal I got. They never gave me my Sams Club no hassle price. I was a hostage for hours without a no… hassle price. Trust me do not buy from them.

    I do not like to shop for cars. After visiting several dealerships closer to our home, and finding them lacking in inventory, we went to Spikes Ford in Mission. It was a wonderful experience. Michael Ramirez was so helpful, without… pressure or hassle. They have a great selection of inventory and he found me exactly what I was looking for. The financing was quick and easy, and I drove my new 2016 Ford Explorer home that same night. I recommend Spikes Ford to all my friends and family. It is worth the drive!
