by Tijerina on 07/05/2018I went in to Spikes Ford in mission to get a routine oil change, and tire rotation. After receiving my vehicle I noticed that my tire pressure had not updated because previously before entering the dealership my back right tire was low and… it had updated in my digital car display because it was not recent by the service men. One the psi reading did update I noticed that now my front right tire was low meaning the guys didn’t bother checking or correcting the tire pressure in my vehicle. Very careless and disappointed that I paid for an additional service that was not fully provided. Hector in the service was very nice and had great customer service skills. by Mad customer on 07/04/2018If there were zero star rating, I would give spikes a zero on customer service. I had one of the worst experiences ever, not only were they 4 hrs late in picking me up because they kept forgetting to send the driver. I kept calling them… every 30 minutes to remind them that someone should have picked me up few hours ago and still would not send someone. Eventually after closing time I finally get my truck only to realize that my very unique keychain was missing from the keys and didnt even bother to explain what happened to them, clearly someone from their staff stole it. After trying to contact them for a week. I'm yet to get a hold of someone and noone has bothered to call me back after leaving messages with multiple people who keep promising I will get a call back in 30 minutes. Not to mention all the trouble Im going through regarding the vehicle I traded in, which ended up in the pound few days after I traded in and I'm going through all the legal drama because they didnt even bother to do their job and change ownership of a car I havent owned in over 4 months. Overall totally disappointed by their lack of professionalism and total disregard for their customers.Awesome Job

by dwilliada on 06/26/2018After two years of waiting.....since the 2015 mustang was revealed.....I finally bought this beauty, a 2018 LIGHTING BLUE MUSTANG GT with the PERFORMANCE PACKAGE! As a side note, this color will not be available as a 2019 color of choice.… Well, let me start by saying that the experience of buying exactly what you want, is uncomparable. Adam, the salesman, who assisted me with my purchased was knowledgeable in the car that I was looking for and being that I wanted something particular, he didn't try to put me into a car less than what I wanted or an entirely different vehicle. Being that they didn't have the car that I wanted, Adam researched the data base and found that Spike's Ford would be receiving the car that I wanted in a few weeks if I was willing to wait. In my research I found another local Ford dealership had the same car on the lot but it was missing a few of the features I wanted. There was a dealership in Houston who had a car with EVERYTHING that I wanted, but I had to travel there to buy it. So what do you do? Buy a car that is not exactly what you want that is on the lot now, or travel 300+ miles one way to a different city to get one exactly the way you want it, or wait patiently and get the one you want without the travel time or putting unnecessary miles on your new car? Well I agreed to wait, Adam then turned me over to Juan Sanchez who finalized the numbers and we agreed on the price. Naturally, with car buying, there is always some issue with cost/price. My experience was no exception. There was an oversight in the cost of my vehicle which led me to have to speak with the sales manager, AL. AL and I could not come to an agreement on this issue, and this led to me to speak with the general manager, T.J. TIJERINA. All of this happened in the same day and after talking with T.J. , he rectified the situation where we both were satisfied. Well....a week later my car arrived and Adam called to let me know to come and take delivery of my new vehicle. I believe that no car buying experience is flawless or without some type of issue. This one was pretty close to having zero issues. If it wasn't for the minor issue of the price, I would have given Spike's Ford a 5 star rating. Besides that, I would still recommend buying at Spike's Ford. My overall experience was pleasant, fast, and without pressure. I hope that my review will help others who are looking to buy a Ford Vehicle. D.WilliamsVery nice

by techscott on 02/26/2018I've used Spikes many times for servicing my vehicles and state inspections. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately, they are a disaster organizationally. In my most recent service I needed a state inspection on a two year… old vehicle with 9000 miles on the odometer. A state inspection is a simple task and the service writer said it would take 15 minutes, tops. It took an hour. 15 minutes to "find" an inspector, 40 minutes to get the car from the parking lot into the inspection bay and 5 minutes to inspect the car. The car was moved 3 times by different employees all without communicating with the inspector where they put it. Finally, a service writer "found" the car and took it to the inspector, waited while it was inspected, and drove it back to me. There's an hour I'll never get back! So much to quick service.L Handy
