I went in to Spikes Ford in mission to get a routine oil change, and tire rotation. After receiving my vehicle I noticed that my tire pressure had not updated because previously before entering the dealership my back right tire was low and it had updated in my digital car display because it was not recent by the service men. One the psi reading did update I noticed that now my front right tire was low meaning the guys didn’t bother checking or correcting the tire pressure in my vehicle. Very careless and disappointed that I paid for an additional service that was not fully provided. Hector in the service was very nice and had great customer service skills. Great asset to the company
