Our salesman Ricardo Garcia was very helpful and friendly! Armando in finance was awesome to us as well.
I recommend Hiram Montero from spike ford. Hiram Montero did an excellent job helping me out. Everything went well he got me in a Ram 2024 the same day just as he promised. I've have had no issue with the Ram as of yet. If you want a smooth transition into a new vehicle call and ask for Hiram Montero.

I am so glad I decided to go back to Spikes because Lalo was able to help me out with no rush. Lalo allowed me… to choose which ever vehicle I liked and provided awesome customer service. I was so surprised how fast the process was. The only thing that my vehicle is missing wifi, but I think that might be an easy fix when I take the vehicle back for window tint and to get the second key. I am so happy with my new Bronco Sport 2023.Awesome

I was especially impressed with the assistance offered by an employee named… Judy. I asked about the cost of oil changes for diesel trucks and while not cheap it was reasonable and considering the quality of work very well worth it. While Judy' s name is the only one that came to mind the other employees were also very friendly and helpful.Spikes qlane

From their service personnel to their sales agents, you can expect to be treated like royalty,… above and beyond! Not only are they friendly and dependable but they become family, even offering their own personal vehicle to use while your vehicle is being serviced. Who does that? by Dh3833985 on 08/09/2023I had to take in my new vehicle for service and a one day job turned to a two week job. The issue isn’t the time it took or the fact that I was without a vehicle. The issue is that their service adviser and manager had zero communication. I… was calling about once a day to get any updates and kept getting told the adviser would call me back. They then told they would escalate the issue since the adviser hadn’t called me. The manager never called back. I finally decided to swing by in person to get the update. The person at the counter (not the adviser) was able to tell me they had to order a part and it would be a couple of days before it came in. I don’t know why this same person that provided the update and had answered my calls was not able to give me an update over the phone. Unfortunately I’m not the only going through this. Someone else at work had this issue the previous month. Unfortunately I think this a company wide issue. It’s a reflection of the service manager or the TJ GM. They should spend sometime evaluating their processes.Car owner
