I worked with Frank and Jack on the sales department and for sure they are customer friendly, they assisted me to get a good deal on my dream car, they were easy to talk to, I really recommend this dealership to everyone. This is my 2nd car… to buy from the dealership and I have never got problems with my purchase.

Brandon Navarro is knowledgeable about the inventory on hand , and seems to read my mind on what i am looking for in a truck.… he is courteous and friendly , i know the guidelines of the review says, "no fluff", but this guy deserves kudos for making his customers feel special. Financing through my credit union was terrible, but Tim took it in stride and sent documents over and over until the credit… union caught up. My vehicle was presented to me in showroom condition. Tim’s attitude, patients, concern, and knowledge are an asset to the dealership. I would trust Tim to provide information and opinions over the phone on my next purchase as I drove from Kansas to purchase this vehicle.Rodney is awesome

I will tell you I went to Pat Lobb's with set preferences in my head. Because of Rodney's willingness to work with me, I ended up with the car I wanted, but a different color!!!
