As a woman that doesn’t know much about cars, Carlos was very patient and went through checking all the details of the car with/for me. He made the process very easy and enjoyable for me. I will say that when it came time to meet with the financial people, I had to wait an hour and a half. That part was not great. But Carlos was excellent. I will def go to him again in the future!!!
