I worked with Frank and Jack on the sales department and for sure they are customer friendly, they assisted me to get a good deal on my dream car, they were easy to talk to, I really recommend this dealership to everyone. This is my 2nd car… to buy from the dealership and I have never got problems with my purchase.

by Laura on 09/20/2021I called right before they closed on a Saturday night. I thought I would be asked to come in Monday or be rushed through the experience. However, Johnny took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted. He gave me a fair price for my… trade, and a great price for my payments! I never felt like I was being rushed. I am so glad I called and that he answered the phone. I am going to send everyone I know to this location and Johnny.Amazing experience!

I was emailing him prior to coming to the dealership, and he was very responsive but not pushy...which made it super easy to talk with him about what I was looking for! He listened to… everything I wanted in a car (and my indecisiveness ha), and was extremely patient! He was in such a good mood, honest, and just all around easy to work with! Will definitely be using him in the future as I couldn't recommend working with Brandon enough. The dealership and everyone we came into contact with was absolutely amazing! They treated you like people and not dollar signs! So happy with our experience with Brandon and Pat Lobb's!Very helpful and efficient

A good cross between Gas/Electric without having to Plug it in. I have been leasing cars for over 20+ years and this is by far the most honest and helpful dealership that I have… ever worked with. They went well beyond the call of duty by helping me get out of a really bad lease. They truly know what the meaning of "Customer Service" is. My sales contact, Johnny Stimax was one of the best that I have ever dealt with. He was so patient and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible. Spike, the Sales Manager, I can't say enough about how he and his team really went the extra mile for me. This whole experience is one that I will never forget. They are truly top notch here. From the moment I walked in the door until I drove off the parking lot with my new vehicle, I knew that I had made the right choice. Levi Herpin is a very knowledgeable young man who connected with us soon after our online inquiry, and very expeditiously and patiently connected us with the perfect… suv for us...a hybrid. We took several test drives before seriously considering a purchase that day. We were so thankful to have been in Levi’s hands that day, and would recommend contacting him to buy your automobile. Wife and I went the two other Toyota Dealership that did not have much used inventory but when we went o and Pat Lobb's there were several certified/used Camrys. We picked out 4 different… types/models/color and Josh brought out each one which I appreciated. Purchase did not take long which I appreciate and Josh was very helpful. I highly recommend Josh. They had gave us an offer on a vehicle and we were still in negotiations and were told from the beginning they would beat our other offer and at first we’re told they could match the offer and… not beat it, but then they came back and said if we said we would buy it now they would match the same price. I offered a final amount and he said he would go ask his manager Matt if they could accommodate that and asked me to sign that I would buy if they went down and came back with his manager only to tell us that they couldn’t even match the offer from the other nearby dealer for the same car, that our sales associate Carlos had “misunderstood” him. WTH?!?!?!??!!!!! WHY DID I JUST WASTE AN HOUR OF MY TIME SPEAKING WITH YOU AND NEGOTIATING IF YOU LIED TO ME THE WHOLE TIME!?! How is that something you misunderstand when we repeated the same thing numerous times and you said we will give you this price for sure and I’ll try my best to beat it??? SO disappointed. My boyfriends whole family has literally bought their Toyota’s from them for YEARS and they were NEVER treated this way. I will make sure that in a year or two when they are ready to buy again they NEVER even CONSIDER coming back here. You have lost at least 12 customers for life.Car for granddaughter

Had been looking for several months and not finding the right car at an affordable price for her first car. I wanted a… salesman who had sympathy for what I wanted - a quality, safe car with low mileage. Abraham to my delight was just that person. He heard my needs, steered me away from cars that did not meet my criteria. After several hours we settled on a used Toyota Corolla at an affordable price. He answered every question honestly and sold me the perfect car for my granddaughter. She was thrilled. I thank Abraham for his patience with me, his professionalism and his guidance in finding the perfect car.Stellar Service!
