Friendly, professional, negotiable. Wife and I went the two other Toyota Dealership that did not have much used inventory but when we went o and Pat Lobb's there were several certified/used Camrys. We picked out 4 different types/models/color and Josh brought out each one which I appreciated. Purchase did not take long which I appreciate and Josh was very helpful. I highly recommend Josh.
