HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!! Do NOT come here!!!!!! They had gave us an offer on a vehicle and we were still in negotiations and were told from the beginning they would beat our other offer and at first we’re told they could match the offer and not beat it, but then they came back and said if we said we would buy it now they would match the same price. I offered a final amount and he said he would go ask his manager Matt if they could accommodate that and asked me to sign that I would buy if they went down and came back with his manager only to tell us that they couldn’t even match the offer from the other nearby dealer for the same car, that our sales associate Carlos had “misunderstood” him. WTH?!?!?!??!!!!! WHY DID I JUST WASTE AN HOUR OF MY TIME SPEAKING WITH YOU AND NEGOTIATING IF YOU LIED TO ME THE WHOLE TIME!?! How is that something you misunderstand when we repeated the same thing numerous times and you said we will give you this price for sure and I’ll try my best to beat it??? SO disappointed. My boyfriends whole family has literally bought their Toyota’s from them for YEARS and they were NEVER treated this way. I will make sure that in a year or two when they are ready to buy again they NEVER even CONSIDER coming back here. You have lost at least 12 customers for life.
