    We had our previous truck for 14 years, so this was our first purchase of a new truck in quite some time. We were refreshed to find our experience with McKinney Buick GMC completely satisfying. We shopped around at several different dealerships and with several different trucks and kept coming back to McKinney Buick GMC. Austin was a pleasure to work with during the entire process.

  • Super efficient

    My issue was a bad battery which was fully covered under warranty. I also had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would take about 2 hours and it was right on the dot. Car looked great after the wash and vacuum which I appreciated very much! Everyone is always super friendly at this service center.

    Great overall experience with salesman Clarence Davis, Janna Ballard, & Bryan Young. Clarence went above & beyond, picking me up at the airport, going thru the process step by step, & was a truly nice gentleman. The finance process was accurate & concise, & Janna even recommended restaurants & shopping area while I was in town. A very good experience overall & highly recommended.

    Service Dept adviser Derrick was very nice and provided excellent service and expert precise info on issues. Appreciated the courtesy shuttle pickup and courtesy car wash and vaccuum was perfect and so nice to have a clean car.

    The sales person was so patient and helpful in finding the Encore in a silver and it had a ton of extras, probably more than I can learn to use, but I love it. The sales manager was also helpful. Every member of the organization we came in contact with was so courteous and friendly. After all the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was all cleaned and ready to go, all employees at 9:00 PM came out to wish us well.

    The service was very good and the experience was excellent. Thank you for taking care of the service in a timely manner. The waiting room environment is also very good for getting work done while you wait for the car to be completed.

  • $2,420 estimate to fix oil leak caused by a loose oil filter?

    Horrible mechanics and service advisors. This dealer gave me an estimate of $2,420 to fix an oil leak in my 2011 Buick Enclave. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion and was told that the oil leak was coming out of a loose oil filter and not from the oil pan like they told me. The dealer was who changed the oil the last time as well. I fixed the issue with the for the cost of an oil change. Was the dealer being dishonest when they told me that to fix the oil leak they had to replace the oil pan seal/gasket which they had to bring the whole engine down and probably ruin my vehicle or did they not know what they were doing? I will never know, but I will never go back to that place and I don't recommend people taking their vehicle there for service either.

    My wife and I visited this dealership in hopes of getting a deal based on the advertising on tv and the buick website. However, we were more than disappointed to find out that this dealership would not honor their own advertised prices and deals. One salesman, Wade, even admitted that the ads were misleading and only used to bring in customers. He further explained that this is the industry standard so every dealership does it. Another salesman, Byron, kept using salesman tactics to get you to sign today. He grossly misrepresented the financing costs to try and get us to sign that day. I understand the feelings of the consumer who would feel bullied and pressured by these salesmen. The best rights you have as a consumer is to stay away from this dealership and warn others about their misleading practices. There is one saving grace about this dealership, and that is our first salesman Josh Lewis. He was honest and upfront about the process. He never tried to strong arm us or make us feel bad about the experience. If you do ever consider going buying something from this dealership, please deal with Josh only.

    Larry Beamer as a sales agent and Daniel as a GM provided the best experience, from showing up to the dealership all they way through purchase. Would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

    I made an appointment for 10am on February 21st to get an oil change that's covered as part of my vehicle purchase. I let the up-sale guy talk me into an alignment based on his recommendation after touching my tires. Getting this work completed took 3 hours and 40 minutes!!! Luckily for me, and your service adviser, I was busy writing a paper and didn't realize the time until 3 hours had passed. At that time I inquired about the time remaining and was told it would be 10 more minutes. 30 minutes after that, it was completed and I was told that the long duration was due to a break-down or "issue" with the equipment needed for the alignment. Why in the world wouldn't someone notify me of this and give me an option to return at a later date? I'm not an automotive engineer but based on the before and after readings, I doubt the service was really necessary. Furthermore, when I went to leave I noticed my car was still dirty. The documents I signed stated that a complimentary wash and vacuum would be performed. The gentleman said (laughably) that they didn't have time to wash it since I was in a hurry. I guess he didn't realize I had been there for nearly 4 hours.
