Sold a car that I had already purchased

If it were possible to give zero stars, that would be a more appropriate review. I was pre-approved for financing and made a deal for the car. The bank overnighted the check, I had the UPS tracking number for the check, and email confirmation from the bank that it had been overnighted, and the salesman said it was too late, and someone else was buying signing on the car. I forwarded the email confirmation with the UPS tracking number anyway, and they told a few minutes later that the car sold. I had to call the bank and put a stop payment on the check because it had already been sent. Then within a few minutes the salesman told me the customer walked out and did not buy the car. They wanted me to purchase the car. I told them I would take my business to an honest dealership.

Great Experience

We recently purchased a brand new 2019 Kia Forte and I must say, we were impressed with the friendliness and efficiency we received from our salesman Dillon Adkins and Martin Houston in finance. Both of them did a wonderful job and did not take up more time than was necessary to get us in our new car. They explained everything thoroughly and followed up in a timely manner to offer their assistance. We will definitely consider coming back for our next purchase.

Mr MacPherson

I have never had such a pleasant buying experience prior to Mr MacPherson. On the first visit i asked to try the driver seat of a KIA Soul. He took me to a vehicle, helped me to get in, and helped/explained how to adjust the seat to my liking. I thanked him and left with no promise to return. Mr MacPherson was all smiles and cooperation. After further research on my own, i decided to return to Mr Macpherson, He gave me a test drive, and i then purchased a used Kia Soul from him. No muss, no fuss. If you visit Huffines Kia used cars, please ask for Mr Macpherson. He will take good care of you

Five Star

Jerry Blow is a five-star general at Kia McKinney. I went into the dealership on a Thursday afternoon hoping to avoid a "sales job." Jerry didn't sell me, he showed me. No pressure, tons of information. He walked me through the models that might meet my expectations. He let me drive a variety of models, explaining the safety, technology, comfort, and performance features. No pressure, just information. He gave me figures only when I asked for them. He walked me through all the potential discounts and rebates. Then he let me leave the store. I came back the next morning to try out my choice of car again and see if there was anything more that could be done on discounts/rebates. Once we agreed on the car and the price, Jerry took the time to help me understand all the amazing features of my Kia Stinger. This car is loaded. Thankfully, Jerry, a West Point trained engineer, is also a good teacher. I drove away confident that I know how my new Kia works.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

My husband and I chose the car we wanted to test drive while online. When we arrived, Vincent Barber, who made contact with my husband online, made the whole process seamless. We test drove the Hyundai Equus that my hubby wanted, and then Vincent took us for another ride to show us the more advanced features. Vincent literally took care of all of my husband's requests to get the car in tip top shape, and we drove off the lot in record time. Even though we had been sold on the Equus, Vincent knew about every car on the lot. I highly recommend Vincent to all of my friends and family. He's extremely personable, doesn't give you any pressure during the entire car buying experience, and personally makes sure your car buying experience is the best you'll ever have.

New car purchase

We recently purchased a car from Fred and Martin. They were amazing. Zero pressure (which was quite refreshing). They answered all of our many questions and were happy for us to come back when we Just needed to drive it again to make sure we were making the correct car choice. Start to finish the process was easy. 10/10 reccommend. Thoroughly enjoying our new car!!

This is my second review because my first review was already filled out for me with 5 stars by my sales man, Anthony. The only thing I was allowed to fill out was my information so I'm making a new one. The sales team here is terrible and do not care once you sign their paper. I have reached out to my sales person numerous times with no response. He over promised and under delivered. I am still waiting on items that he promised to fix or get me. The service side of this business is amazing and I will continue to go to them but I will never purchase another car from here and I do not advise anyone else to.

I wasn't planning on making a decision that day, didn't even know whether I wanted to buy or lease. I fist met Sean Kelley when he called as a result of an inquiry my wife had submitted via the Internet regarding two vehicles that we were interested in seeing. That call came in within 30 minutes of my wife's inquiry. We chatted briefly and set up a meeting for the following morning to take a look at the vehicles. Sean followed up the following morning to confirm that we were still on as a monsoon had hit McKinney overnight. We did visit the dealer that morning. Sean had both vehicles located such that we could see them under cover without getting wet. I told him that we had no intention of buying that day. He responded with "no problem." The cars were great, the price was right and Sean made the experience enjoyable. He was highly professional and a joy to work with. Definitely a keeper. We now own a 2018 Sorento.

We purchased our 2017 Sorento LX from Levani and the entire experience was well worth it. Zero pressure from Levani, who walked us through the entire experience and made us feel completely comfortable. He found the exact vehicle we were looking for and answered every question we had. Knocked it out of the park! If you're thinking about purchasing a new car, GO SEE LEVANI! The trade-in was easier than we thought it would be and we took our new vehicle home SAME DAY! Hat tip to Ben (Manager) and Denzel (Financing) who BOTH helped us to get the payment we COULD afford. You don't get service like that ANYWHERE anymore. This is a really GREAT dealership and we will be back when we are ready to make another purchase. THANK YOU, HUFFINES!

Unexpectedly enjoyable

My husband and I really enjoyed are car buying experience with Fred Jones. I'll admit, I am a bit apprehensive about sales people. However, Fred Jones was never pushy and really listened to the needs of my family. Needless to say, we are very happy with our new purchase. Thank you Fred Jones for making that the most enjoyable car purchase we've ever had. I hope Kia truly knows what a gem they have.

Horrible experience

I had purchased a 2014 Cadenza from Tony mcloud. It was late in the evening. Was not able to see the Hail Damage on the car. Our insurance company came out to look at the car as we added the car The day before. They advised us that the car had pre existing hail damage and if it hailed the insurance will only cover 70% of the damages. The next day took the car back and showed it to manager Kevin and was told to go ahead and make appointment with Tony to bring the car in so they will take care of it. Absolutely no problem . Tony didn't give me an appointment until Monday and that Sunday it hailed really bad in McKinney and the car was damaged a lot so insurance only gave us 70% of the claim. Called Tony mcloud and he advised he will speak to Kevin and get back to me. So he called and left a voicemail stating no problem we will take care of it just bring us what the insurance paid and they will take care of the rest. Asked me to bring the car there drop it off along with the cash. I dropped the car off along with cash. Hour later Kevin called and stated before you go get the rental to stop by so I did. When I got there he said his paintless guys can repair the car but it will not be very good job. So the car really needed to go to the body shop to get it done right. And he will talk to his body shop and take care of it. It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back. I will get the car fixed and pay out of my pocket over $1500. Which I shouldn't have to as Tony left a voicemail stating they will take care of it. But never did I am leaving this review because my experience stated with them really great but there words absolutely meant nothing. I still have that voicemail saved. So my advice to everyone wanting to do business with these guys is do not buy a car from them in the dark. And if you do inspect it very well before you sign papers. Because as I came to find out there words are meaningless. Take your money elsewhere and give it to a reputable dealer who will do what they said they would.

Jerry got back to me by phone immediately after I sent him an email and helped me with Apple play which I have been waiting for. He walked me through the process on MYEVO and made sure I understood how to do it. He was terrific.He also sold me my wonderful 2017 Sportage which I love.
