I fist met Sean Kelley when he called as a result of an inquiry my wife had submitted via the Internet regarding two vehicles that we were interested in seeing. That call came in within 30 minutes of my wife's inquiry. We chatted briefly and set up a meeting for the following morning to take a look at the vehicles. Sean followed up the following morning to confirm that we were still on as a monsoon had hit McKinney overnight. We did visit the dealer that morning. Sean had both vehicles located such that we could see them under cover without getting wet. I told him that we had no intention of buying that day. He responded with "no problem." The cars were great, the price was right and Sean made the experience enjoyable. He was highly professional and a joy to work with. Definitely a keeper. We now own a 2018 Sorento.
