Jerry Blow is a five-star general at Kia McKinney. I went into the dealership on a Thursday afternoon hoping to avoid a "sales job." Jerry didn't sell me, he showed me. No pressure, tons of information. He walked me through the models that might meet my expectations. He let me drive a variety of models, explaining the safety, technology, comfort, and performance features. No pressure, just information. He gave me figures only when I asked for them. He walked me through all the potential discounts and rebates. Then he let me leave the store. I came back the next morning to try out my choice of car again and see if there was anything more that could be done on discounts/rebates. Once we agreed on the car and the price, Jerry took the time to help me understand all the amazing features of my Kia Stinger. This car is loaded. Thankfully, Jerry, a West Point trained engineer, is also a good teacher. I drove away confident that I know how my new Kia works.
